the inspiration
Kimberly has been a long time client of mine for her photography business - she does weddings and boudoirs and portraits so successfully!! She started pathway to profit to help other photographers manage their money and actually make a good living off their photography, and let me tell you, I've seen inside the course - it's gold! I was super happy to work with her again on this project, the inspo was dark and moody, with a gorgeous neutral palette - yes please!
Our goal was modern + bold. Something that looked high end where each element could stand alone strongly.

This is important because it plays into the professional feeling. A strong clean logo and branding suite really gives that qualified and trustworthy impression.

Bringing sophistication to the brand and site also play into that knowledgeable and secure feeling. Keeping the elements simple and effective brings that refined feeling in.

For the custom Showit website we definitely wanted to keep with the bold strong theme, and use a lot of black and white, in a sophisticated way. We created a course page that lays out everything the course includes, and what it can do for photographers. There is also a page for free resources, and an about page to see the "who" behind the brand.
I think my favorite thing on this site is the scrolling marquee on the home page, and I'm always a sucker for cute little icons, like the ones on her course page.
