This poor site is in major need of some dusting off!  And, the time has finally come! YAY!

I’ve been hard at work with everything, and am making some major changes, I hope you will be excited with me, or at least for me, haha

As most of you know, I have been a family photographer for almost 6 years now!  WOW!  Time sure has flown by!  But with our recent big family change, the move from DC area to Austin, TX, another change must come as well.  I have taken the past year and a half off from the business and while I enjoyed it, I am jumping at the bit so to say to get back into it.  I needed to do some things for me first though, and my boys, and one of them was take a good long look at my business.  After much debate with awesome friends, like Brooke Beasley, and my amazing husband, and even a few with Sniggs, haha I have come to the conclusion that I needed a major change.  And so, Mesmerizing Moments – Senior Photography, was born! Yep, you read that right, Senior Photography – not just photography, high school seniors!  This choice is dear to my heart, and while I will miss families oh so much, I can’t even tell you how bad, I’ve decided I want something different.  I want to be the go to girl for Northern Austin senior portraits.  So, now I’m off and running!  Well, ok, maybe a slow jog or even walk at first, but that is the exciting part to me :)  I am starting at square one, after 6 years, as the new girl with a new business, and honestly, while I’m a little scared, I almost wouldn’t have it any other way!  So, please bare with me through the slow beginning, but I truly hope you will join me on my new journey, with support, and maybe a small cheering squad, because I wouldn’t even be where I am today if it weren’t for all of you!

Seniors rock!  They always want something new and different.  Something that makes their photos stand out, and boy do i love to deliver it!  They really force me to think outside the box and we all know my work as a photographer is my creative outlet.  So, me and seniors … we just click.  They are my top choice to photograph and I cannot wait for senior season this year – bring it on class of 2013!
